First of all, there is no reason why maltodextrin should be in the product (which is the cause of everyone's reported stomachaches and diarrhea when consuming Huel). Second, they have comparison tables between this and Soylent which are specially and deceptively written to trick you into believing that there ISN'T any maltodextrin in the product. So creepy. Third, there is also no reason for why it should taste terrible. It's just the company being too lazy to deliver more than the bare minimum -- something drinkable that can substitute a meal. Fourth, scammy customer service. Helped me set up a return for my unopened purchase (i didn't even open the shipping box) and told me I would get a refund once I sent it back. Sent it back, no refund. Checked tracking, it's arrived, still no refund. Send an email, no reply. File a paypal dispute. Send another email. Got a reply, they told me to cancel the dispute and then I'd get a refund. That's extremely unprofessional behavior, no company should ever be asking you to cancel a dispute with them in exchange for what you literally filed the dispute over. They should have gone through paypal and accepted my dispute, thereby refunding me. They refused and were rude about it as well. Paypal rules in my favor (OF COURSE) and I get what Huel told me I would get but never delivered upon and refused to deliver; I got the refund. I wonder what would have happened if I closed the dispute and then wasn't eligible to reopen it. They probably never would have refunded me like they agreed to. Creeps.

I'm not sure about the product itself cause I didn't get mine yet, but the customer service is so good. If you had any problem what so ever with your package arriving, be sure that they'll do any thing they can to help you solve your issue.Emily, Senior Customer Experience Executive, was the one who helped me, and she did a wonderfull job.
Their website is easy to use. When you have ordered you get updates on your delivery which is really helpful. It comes really well packaged. And the products are amazing.
I have ordered from this company twice now. And they have great products and great customer service. Assisted with a return, and it was quick and easy. I highly recommend them.
I really enjoy huel post workout for my breakfast. Mint chocolate is very good, coffee is also enjoyable.The only downside is how much it takes to get lumps out. It ain't the quick shake the huel marketing team make you believe.it needs a blender and stuck in the fridge overnight.But it's very good. Keeps hunger at bay for the morning. I do enjoy it.

I'm a big fan of the Huel products, they deliver incredibly fast and their referral scheme works very well. Would reccomend.
It overall a good product to fill in diet gaps with quick food. I didn't rate 5 stars just because it is good, but I have not been overwhelmed by it.
I use Huel because it is quick and easy to prepare and I can be confident that I am receiving a balanced and nutritional diet. I have a Huel shake for lunch every work day, and occasional hot Huel meals in the evenings. It has helped me control my diet (and my weight) and suits my laziness when it comes to food planning and preparation! It is palatable - not what I would call tasty - but when I'm busy working that's just fine. An added bonus for me is that it is vegan, which again has made it very easy for me to reduce my meat and dairy consumption without compromising my diet. There are lots of shake flavours, and the savoury options are increasing now too.
The bars are horrible! Do not be tricked by the flavors printed on the wrapper. Premade chocolate was ok. The mix yourself shakes were just hard to drink. I understand it’s supposed to be healthy first but cannot be this gross.
